By downloading or playing Tandem, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
PandemApps grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Tandem on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms. The app, its design, and its content remain the property of PandemApps.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account, under Apple's own terms. Purchases are final except where Apple's refund policy applies.
Free play is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad serving works.
Online matches run on Apple's Game Center, under Apple's own Game Center terms. Play fair: don't cheat, exploit bugs to gain an advantage, or harass other players. We may restrict access to online features for accounts that don't.
Tandem is provided "as is." We work to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, PandemApps isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use Tandem after a change means you accept the updated terms.
